Who is this Management Training Program for?
The target audience is managers with 0-5 years of management experience, however, all managers are welcome to attend.
How long is the Management Training Program?
Virtual Training Sessions: Eight (8) 2-hour sessions over the course of 3.5 consecutive months (16 hours of training total)
Virtual Practice Sessions: Seven (7) 1-hour sessions over the course of 3.5 consecutive months (7 hours of coaching total)
What is the difference between the Virtual Training Sessions and the Virtual Practice Sessions?
The Virtual Training Sessions include skill building, discussion, reality practice and action planning. The facilitator will have a slide deck and be training and facilitating the learning a majority of the time.
The Practice Sessions will be a time for the participants to check-in on their action plans, ask questions of the facilitator and bring up examples/experiences to discuss and work through. There will not be slides presented during the Virtual Coaching Check-in Sessions. Both participants and the facilitator will be speaking close to equally.
Do the sessions need to be taken all together or can there be drop-in, 1-off session participants?
The program features a cohort group for 3.5 consecutive months. If a company would like individual sessions or a personalized management training program for their managers, please reach out to your OneDigital consultant for more information.
How is the training program billed?
All Major credit cards accepted.
Refunds or Cancellations?
CMC Management Training Courses are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
What if a manager becomes ill during the time of a training session?
There will be a 30 min overview session with the facilitator. Practice sessions will not be recorded or made-up.
Can a company substitute different managers or add managers?
Companies cannot add or substitute managers after the first training session.
